European Reward Governance Survey 2015

The objective of the study is to identify the current trends, reward policies and best practices in relation to your organisation’s office-based (white collar) workers, establish the degree of centralization of reward processes, and the effect this centralization (or lack of it) has on reward management decisions and practices across your organisation.

We are highly interested in participants from both, headquarters and subsidiaries!

Without wishing to be prescriptive, we have provided a guideline on Aon Hewitt JobLink™ and Hay points and Hay buckets that can be attributed to each of the employee categories (please note that this is only a suggested guideline offered for your convenience, and it should not be treated as a supplier recommendation).

  • Senior management: Aon Hewitt JobLink™ levels 10 – 14 | Hay points 900 and above (max. app. 2000); Hay buckets 21-25
  • (Middle) management:all employees with people management responsibilities, as well as Junior management: Aon Hewitt JobLink™ levels 7-9  |  300-900 Hay points  |  Hay buckets 15-20
  • Operational employees: Aon Hewitt JobLink™ levels 2-6  |  below 300 Hay points  |  Hay buckets 14 and fewer
